I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! I've been at Capgemini for only 3 months as a Senior Consultant but I've been reached out by a recruiter from Accenture for a position that is similar what I'm currently in (SAP BRIM). I always felt that Accenture has a better grasp in the SAP industry and would actually have better opportunities for growth. I haven't really felt that Capgemini was the best move for me so far for this (outside of the money which was the primary reason why I jumped to them). Should I reach out for an interview?
