What makes a successful Product Counsel (tech company)?

I'm CIPP/US with 4 years experience working between law firm and in-house. Been involved in business since very young, much of it internationally. Passionate about tech.

I'm looking for a product counsel position at a FAANG company (MAANG, now). However, I did not graduate from a top law school nor worked in Big Law. Would any further training/certifications help?

How old were you when promoted to CD role?

May be a noob question. What agency titles feed into different C-Suite positions in the wider industry? Do creative titles most commonly set one up for a CMO position? How about account side?

what is the pay range for role - manager 1 assurance at pwc sdc kolkata?i have 6.5 yoe and joined at 21lpa + 10% vp, four months back. managers from other big 4 start around 28lpa. does sdc kolkata pay m1 this much only or have they underpaid me? i am considering dropping paper and looking out again.

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.

What is the difference between an illegal Hiring Hall Agreement & Software Certification?
For example, a software company issues its own certification that its partners enforce as a requirement to work in the industry by searching that software's website for ensure applicants have certification. To legally recommend who can work, a Hiring Hall is required to be certified by the majority of workers in construction or garment industries. How is software certs able to avoid this law?
