I don't get a bonus, or match, but RSU's are about 1/3 of my TC. Aside from that it depends on a lot of things.... Salesforce pays L8's (senior manager-level) 15%, for example, and it's been pretty reliably paid out, plus there are many other compensation vehicles there (401k match, HSA contribution, ESPP, RSU's, etc.) Others have bigger bonuses but less frequently fully fund them....at one place, I had a 25% bonus but it was goaled like profit sharing (no real individual attainment metrics), and company performance was down, so I got 6.25% (25% of 25%).
Really depends on your other benefits.
