What percentage of your day do you actually spend talking to users? I’ll go first—honestly, maybe 10% if I’m lucky. Most of my time gets eaten up by internal meetings, roadmap docs, and cross-functional check-ins. I know talking to users should be a bigger part of my role, but it keeps slipping. Curious how others balance it—or if you're struggling with the same.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
