When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.

How do most folks recruit for jobs post consulting at junior levels (I.e., Business Analyst, Associate, Associate Consultant)? Mostly through LinkedIn or private recruitment firms?

I have been having a few emails exchanges with a recruiter and he said that based on my experience, I could start as a Level 6. What is this? Is this truly a SM role? Is this a consulting role?

What are typical TCs for Associate and Senior Associate roles at small (under 200M AUM) in London and / or DACH?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role
