M7: you have a great profile for the lower half of the M7
Top half is majority full of traditional consultants, PE, IB with a crapshoot of other backgrounds.
This is all anecdotal but I think the bottom half of the M7 is more open to non-traditional.
Preface: I think rankings are arbitrary for 90% of MBA outcomes across the Top 10/7
My comment refers to anything aside HSW.
My advice is anecdotal based on my experience at a M7, but the other M7 are less snooty about less “traditional” pre-MBA experiences (e.g., more teachers, engineers, accountants, etc).

I did 2 years audit, 3 years in TAS at Big 4 (was an early promo to manager).
3.9 GPA at top 25 school and 330 GRE.
I got into 2 M7 and a T15, all with partial scholarship. Rejected at Wharton (no interview) and HBS post-interview
I would suggest CBS, NYU, Booth, Kellogg (look at APEX), Darden, Tuck, Ross, Cornell.
If you have only taken the GMAT once, I suggest that you give it another shot. Your score is solid but likely below average at the M7 schools.
