I’ve been working at Synopsys since 2014, initially as an R&D Engineer. I was promoted to R&D Engineer II in 2016 and then to Senior R&D Engineer I in 2021. I’m trying to gauge if my current compensation is in line with market standards. What should be my expected salary?

Whenever I got promoted to digital ACD a few years ago, I noticed my pay was much lower than I expected for the market I’m in, hard to find skillsets, performance, and visibility I’ve brought to the agency.
