Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

That’s not how compensation works…there are speciality and location considerations among others. The company’s individual compensation strategy and total compensation package also needs to be considered.
Your best bet is to look at the company you’re interested in for similar open roles and review the salary range that’s available publicly. Many HCOL locations require the info be published. But remember that’s generic information (grade/level range) because it accounts for the bulk of roles at that same level.
220-280 base
350-450 total
This is the right range for base, the TC probably won't get anywhere near 450. More likely 350-375 TC range. 450 is Sr. Director/ED level comp.
Big Parma —> Big compensation. Solid logic, don’t ya think?
Obviously, like a director compensation!
Mmm maybe like $250k and some nice LTIs/previously had pension too. Cant speak from experience just guesstimate.
Including equity awards, $300-$500k is probably a reasonable range. YoE will have a big impact on where someone falls in that
Agree - that up at Sr Director and VP level probably. But you probably have way better wlb than other industries.
Base can be lower but they will have RSU’s and more than 20% bonus structure which will easy bring the total comp over 300k
I have seen up to 300K base. Depends on the experience and business unit.
Your future employer is obligated to provide the pay scale for the position you are applying for. There are several websites available which provides some level baseline datapoints about packages by level.
That’s only true in certain states. Not all states require disclosure of this info.
A prison sentence.
Based on my experience working with them as clients, they at least give out the meds as free samples to their employees. There is some serious CRAZY in big pharma leadership… 🫣 So the free drugs are sort of a TCC bonus, no? 🤔
