What should I do I have offer from Redhat 17.6 LPA including 1.6 lpa as variable as Software Maintenance Engineer and 19 lpa fixed plus 10% variable from TIAA(21 lpa ) as Associate (Senior Software Development Engineer ) .

I had asked for revision to 24LPA and 1 JB earlier my package given was 22 LPA. The recruiter agreed upon it and said she will give revision two days before my joining. But in between I took one offer and then asked for 25.5 and 1.5 JB. Just before 2 days.
