Any one in HPE? I recently got an offer (~60lpa, 13 YOE) the variable pay/RSU etc seems to be on the lower side compared to the industry. No joining bonus too. Any one who can offer insights on feasible payranges/ yearly hike trends etc?

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner? I recently switched job and joined another B4 firm. As part of the hiring I was promised with a sign on bonus. Now I have received the sign on bonus twice, in back to back paychecks. I know I have to somehow return the second bonus to the firm. Does anyone know how taxes work on this? As both the bonuses were tax deducted prior to deposit, when I return amount do I need to pay back the withheld taxes to the firm as well? Asking as the amount is big and don’t want to go in the IRS route. TIA.

2. Publicis SAPIENT - ASDE - 10 LPA (7.x base + 2.5 bonus). But has a bond of, 18months for 1.5L and 24months for bonus.

Corporate / M&A folks making moves over the last few months: Got an offer from a top 50 lockstep AmLaw100 firm. 4th year. Not NYC but in a market that was recently bumped up to the previous Cravath scale market. Base is obviously set. What should I expect / negotiate for signing bonus, year-end bonus eligibility, special bonus eligibility, etc.? Any other negotiation considerations? I would say leverage is on my side considerably.

What's the differences between working at ServiceNow Global Elite partners like Deloitte, DXC, IBM, KPMG versus Elite partners like GlideFast, Infosys, Cognizant, Thirdera, Crossfuze, Highmetric, etc.? Do you feel being treated like a person at smaller companies (Elite partners) rather than just a number at bigger companies (Global Elite)?
