While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.

I am a noogler, joining from MBB. I struggle to find motivation and meaning in my role (2 steps below what I used to do in MBB); my manager and I are cordial but we don’t have strong chemistry (difficult to understand each other as our thought processes are so different).
