Hi Fishers, I have accepted Walmart offer and my BGV has started 3 weeks ago. How do I check my BGV status? I will be joining in mid May. Also, I have been hiding one of the company where I had worked for 45 days and then absconded due to personal issues. Would it create any trouble? They had created my PF account though. Any help would be highly appreciated

That's a low pay band. You could do it now

This is the way.
Going to be brutally honest, once you can sharpen up what you are good at and what foundational skillsets you have, the more helpful this bowl can be. Right now it’s just a bunch of ppl in consulting saying you’re underpaid without knowing what you actually do. It’s also a mindset, once you know exactly what type of value you can bring to a company it will become very clear in your head what type of role you should be seeking. Think about your value first, then we can talk the monetary value.
I very strongly advise against just assuming throwing a masters degree or certification will help you figure out WHAT you wanna do.
Not saying they SHOULD be making more. Just that they CAN. OP's goal is to crack 70k. I cracked that with their same credentials, minutes the 15 YOE as a new grad.
Was your mom's goal to maximize earning? Because if so, she did a piss job of it.

Entry level consulting at almost companies will earn you $70k+. I started out of undergrad in July and got 71. You need to switch companies, you are vastly underpaid

What everyone is missing here is that companies don’t hire people over the age of 25 for all of these plum entry level analyst roles.
Most of them are hired directly out of undergrad / converted from an internship. As a 30+ year old, you have no chance of getting one of these roles.
Your only hope really is either to teach yourself how to code and get any sort or experience or get an MBA from a t15 program. Even with the MBA, many companies are ageist AF and it will be an uphill battle.
This is the reality check I needed a decade ago. Thank you
What country are you in? Our analysts with maybe internship experience start at $70k

What city?
Entry level analysts make that at D with just a Bachelor’s and maybe a couple internships. I think we need more info on your skill set so we can give you some ideas, OP
Skills are heavy in Operations Management, Accounting (AP/AR, gift reporting, month end procedures) , fundraising, some SQL, Oracle, Sharepoint. Currently based in Indianapolis and direct a team of Engineers remotely.

Bachelor's business degree with 15+ yoe and still under 70k means that you are the problem. You need to change jobs ASAP.
No, not at all. That is a low pay band for your experience. I made $71000 with no degree as a CSM. You have a masters degree you have to know your value
