What sort of FAANG roles do AC2s/SACs leave at (or other first couple years analyst)? Is it usually closer to a analyst or manager role?

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.

What has your experience been with new job offers and counter offers from current employers? In my opinion, if I’m looking to leave it is because I’m unhappy and excited about the new role I’ve been offered.
