How best to find PE opportunities as an exit from Big4 strategy?

I received a call for Engagement Manager position with AWS. Even though I have the JD for the same, it appears kind of cluttered, with lots of Agile flavour thrown in, hence reaching out to the audience to understand what exactly this role entails?
Is it a sales oriented role, is P & L an integral part of being an Engagement Manager with AWS?

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I’ve been proposed an exit as Product Owner at a real company, not a consulting one. Staff seems nice, good culture, good salary (less than consulting but well), BUT I would have to move countries for that job and start a new life.
