What the hell is wrong with KAC? Why are their salary structures so far below market standards? For an SA role, they’re giving just ₹10 LPA. I genuinely thought they’d at least revise it to ₹12 LPA. After putting in hard work throughout the year, all you get is a 5% bonus on top of an already low CTC. It’s honestly disappointing.

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?

I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps. I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
