Tip while joining a big organization virtually:

Request phone number of people you meet during induction and Create a whatsapp group.

In the initial days everything is new and you would be running pillar to post to figure how to do mundane task like filling timesheet, log in credentials, vpn access, raising service desk tickets and so many more things.

In large organisations, while working virtually we don't have right point of contacts to get our queries resolved. This whtsapp grp will help

I think all accentute team gone mad or atleast my contact person. Its my first switch and with small luck i got my fitst offer from accenture with 49% hike whick is not fine by me but had to accept it as i was not getting any call then. After putting my papers i got 3 more offers similar pay.last week my accen hr discussed with me that she will revise offer and i said i will need time as she was offering me less fixed and more JB . Now she release offer with less that what mentioned in call.
