My question is: should I be honest about why I’m looking for a new job? Is it wrong to not share this info during my interviews? Is this situation going to affect my interview process somehow? Why has it been so dang hard to move from banking to a strategy role in my industry or expertise? Or a start up? 90% of my applications have passed on me before even giving me a first round interview! I’ve been on over 6 deals, and wanting out and it’s been extremely frustrating!
