I have 2nd round (final?) with EY for Product Manager position. I am being told that’s it’s the same as first round but at different level (first was with Manager, this is with Senior Manager). Anyone has any experience on how different these rounds are and what should I do differently to prepare? It’s a behavioral interview.

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. I have resigned from my previous company without any offer in hand just 10 months after joining due to its toxic work culture and I couldn't find a job for 6 months. Got rejected by many companies due to the 6 months gap and the new company I joined took me just based on my interview performance and offered only a 10% hike on my previous salary. Now one of my friends joined the same role in the company with a 40% hike. Can I ask HR for more salary now?

Has the WFH made you more productive or less productive and is it a heavy toll or you can bear for the rest of your life or not.

I know for people with 5+ exp is it good as they can be with family but what about the people like us whom covid hit at the very early stage of the career.

I got a offer letter today from TCS. In that they have told to submit the documents from background check. Actually the problem is that I don't have any permanent address as my father is in bank so we shift frequently, and the address mentioned on my passport is the address where i used to live a year ago.

My query is that if i mention my passport address only as permanent address, will they do house verification by sending someone to my house, or any way if they can reject?
