I received an offer letter from Workday for a role I didn’t apply for. I interviewed and they said I still qualify for the SMB role, but they liked me so much they wanted to offer me a mid-enterprise role. I obviously jumped at the opportunity! It’s doubling my salary and I want to make sure they were right to offer this to me. Any tips on how to succeed in mid-enterprise when I’ve been in SMB?

Package is almost same, it's just that airtel is giving all fixed but VMware has annual bonus and RSU's.
