ACN no doubt about it! You can always leave after a couple of years and go to Cisco or wherever you want for a better position! :)
Not sure what benefits Cisco offers, but ACN has pretty good benefits, also if you are a working parent ACN has very good benefits for working parents as well.

Enjoy life at CISCO, consulting will always have doors open. Get the tech name on the resume
ACN2 I was coming as M to ACN. Hope I made the right choice.
This post is how I know we’re not in a recession
Good sir, literally everything in then news and elsewhere says we are, indeed, heading to recession 100% in the next year
All else being equal, you will end up making more money at ACN when compared to Cisco over the next 5 yrs.
Take Cisco, unless you are ready for dogfighting day in and day out…
Heard the bench was too deep in ACN, hope I made the right choice!

More consulting or more tech?

The answer is never Cisco. They are the Sears of technology.

First of all Cisco didn't create Meraki. They bought it.
Secondly, they thoroughly messed up the licensing model and ruined it's future. It had buzz for a few years. Now it's just a niche product for medium sized businesses with tiny IT staff that are extremely distributed.
Certain types of medium sized companies love it. Most large businesses or small businesses don't.
Beyond all of that, think about what you just said. Cisco used to be the king of the hill. They ran most of the backbones of the internet and were the gold standard for enterprise infrastructure. Even their server blades were popular.
Now, literally none of that. Internet or datacenter networks? No. Enterprise networks? No. Servers? No. Routers and firewalls? No. They are not the gold standard or preferred product for any of those.
Listen to their own internal discussions and what their sales people say. They make their money by renewing and refreshing old installations that are hard to migrate off. But that is rapidly going away now. Everyone is getting rid of their datacenter and going to either CoLo or cloud. Neither one of those is going to be Cisco.
Go with ACN. Cisco is old school tech.

What is your YOE / level
10 YOE / Manager
That’s apples and oranges. Think more about what type of work you enjoy, what skills you want to build, what type of corporate culture is more attractive to you — not where you might make a little bit more money in the short term.
Cisco will position you better for other tech firms and higher offers/RSUs (if that is the intention). Not saying Accenture won’t, but might be easier with cisco
That’s the only argument for going with Cisco in my view. But you will need to plan to exit cisco in 12-15 months.
Is this for SM at accenture?
For M at ACN

How is the Cisco TC 10k below base? Accenture work might probably be more interesting (i used to work there) depending on your group but otherwise Cisco might have more going for it.
It was a typo. The values are should be 230.
So you get RSUs at ACN?
RSU = Restricted Stock Units
What do you specialize in?
SCM
Cisco.
