How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.

I’m not a big thanksgiving person. I’m not ungrateful, I kinda just go thru the motions. Except this past year had more motion than usual. Shit went bad. It hurt. I fell apart. It would be weird tell my team this, a lot of personal details would have to be explained, and I’d cry, so I’m saying it here instead. I am thankful for my team. I am thankful for my desk.
