What would you consider to be more impactful when negotiating a salary, an hourly rate or salary? Currently trying to figure out the right angle to take in terms of an offer letter. I think asking for a salary would be decent but they also mentioned that some weeks would be 30 hours and some 70. Any thoughts?

My remit quadrupled+ in a recent re-org with no increase in pay/promotion, my new director is new to the company and was zero help, and I was passed over for recent promotion during the comp cycle. First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after.
