I'd take the offer, unless you're looking at an imminent promo at your current firm
Promotion is uncertain atm
30% I’m outie
A 30% raise is definitely tempting, especially with the manager title at a larger firm. But I get the concern about market uncertainty. If you feel like growth is slow at your current firm and you’re ready for more, the new role could be a great opportunity. It really depends on how much you value stability versus career growth at this point.

Are you ready for a manager role in a larger firm? What’s the ultimate goal here, everything seems based on right now and that’s not the best way to plan a career.
Big raise sounds tempting, what’s holding you back? Do you see long term potential in your current firm? You can always use the offer to negotiate a raise and promo at your current firm.
I think I’m ready? Not sure what exactly did you meant with the second sentence of the first paragraph
