B you can start higher pay negotiations on your next professional adventure. And truly OT and bonuses are not guaranteed.

If you’re not planning on staying at either place for more than 2 years and both offer equal career growth opportunity I think option A is the better choice. But if Option B is a better springboard then I think you should pick B. Also, if you have a lot of student loans you should also pick B.
B - I’ll take a higher base salary any day. Bonuses are not reliable and can be changed/taken away anytime. Seems they often list the “max” bonus, and it’s usually much closer to the middle.
Use B as a way to counteroffer to increase your base for A and then take A. Titles are all inflated these days so money is what matters the most (imo)
Is job B at Citi?
Yeah not a fan of 17 and 7. Should just be in one bucket.
What are the health benefits and retirement contributions also? Should be considering those as well as part of the entire package.
They won’t share health but from what I hear it’s comparable to where I’m at. 401k same.

B, better base pay, and the tittle could help you get a higher pay in the future. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
B because they can always take away WFH
Job a, pending health insurance and 401k match.

If you have both offers can you negotiate with B for more vacation/higher bonus?
Trying to. I asked for $3500 more base but they only came up $1000. Still $2500 apart.
Absolutely B. But I also don’t mind going into the office a few days a week.

7-6 B so far.
I’ll say this that the bonus is taxed 50% take home anyways. Also the OT isn’t guaranteed my boss just doesn’t care if I log in early whenever I get upstairs but that could change when he retires.
I’m at job A now but they often talk about changing their USA strategy and it always seems like they are cutting areas or people. (HSBC)
