What’s a good/accurate salary for an associate strategy director or director role in LA (or similar market)? The ranges on job postings are massive

Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself. How much are you paying for rent (and where) vs how much are you making?

I need some advice. I’m the Director for a women’s only RTF. Everyone on site is my direct report, with the exception of the therapists (they report to the Clinical Director). The clinical director is not usually on site, since we have multiple locations, and she is the CD for the entire company. I'm supposed to put together a Market report for our sales team to refer to but I have been stuck on what I even include. I have an expensive subscription to a reporting database and I am supposed to translate these technical reports into 20-30 slides.
