For me, it was not setting boundaries with clients—especially owners. I used to answer calls and texts at all hours, thinking it was just part of the job. But it drained me fast. Now I set expectations from day one. If they can’t respect that, they’re not my client. Lesson learned.

Alcohol addiction, liver failure and then it taxed the kidneys too much, she went into cardiac arrest at 9 am and they could not save her. She was 51. Sad day for sure. Feels odd that she is no longer here. I just wish she could have had a better future.

How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
