What’s people’s perception when they see someone overdressing compared to general norm at work? Ever since I got the promotion to SM, I've been more concerned about the way I dress and have spent some money to upgrade my wardrobe. Do you think culinary school is worth it? I've been a waiter for a year but really want to be a chef. The people I work with say to just start in the kitchen and work my way up but I think culinary school might get me where I want to be faster. The cost is pretty insane though. Any advice?

Just accepted an opportunity as a district manager for an Insurance company. Not 100% sure about Commission-based only.
