I'm currently interviewing for Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen roles. I have all the competencies required and can demonstrate all the skills through examples from my experience.

I did and it's killing me because now I'm working till 2 am, but its not showing on paper. I o ly show 8 or 9 hours. But, I would rather not get yelled at from the client or director for going over budget. The budget is super tight, like 1.5 hours per workpaper and my associate already uses all of it. So nothing is left for review. Why do partners do this to us?

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?
