What’s the average total comp for an associate in A&M’s TAG group?

For a Data Engineer with 5-6 YoE working on Azure Cloud Infrastructure (ADF, ADLS, Synapse), Databricks and Python. What should be the ideal salary?

Debating between two offers, $105k at Deloitte or $120k at Guidehouse. Is GH worth the extra $$$ or should I go with the brand recognition of D? Both offers have already gone through negotiations.

I would also appreciate info regarding progression raises at D and GH.

Have people been getting bonuses or mid year raises now? Saw something on a Deloitte bowl I thought.

I report to the COO and currently make $94k + up to 10% annual bonus based on company hitting their revenue goal + I have 3000 stock options. I have 3 YOE in customer success but pivoted to a non technical program manager role at a series c tech startup last September.
