Hi fishes , Need help in deciding - Have two offers - Deloitte USI, Enabling areas - Role Senior analyst- 12lpa fixed (10 percent performance bonus) & Pwc India , Advisory- Role - Senior associate- 14 lpa fixed ( upto 25 percent performance bonus) - current ctc - 8.3 lpa - Yoe - 3.5 ( 1 post mba ( tier 2 clg) + 2.5 pre mba) - Business analyst role - 3.5 relevant experience they have considered. please help to decide - location offered - both of Bangalore

Hi everyone, I need advice on a job offer I received. I have 3.5 years of experience. My current comp is 69k CAD (Toronto) in engineering consulting firm with 600 total employees. The new offer is at a fintech firm in Toronto at 80k CAD with 100 employees. The only hesitation I have is I researched previous hr employees at the fintech firm and 7 out of 9 had an average tenure of 1 year which is concerning.. Please advise

Hello Fishes, I have offers from Deloitte, EY & Oracle. Which one should i go for. I will be joining oracle practice in EY & Deloitte. My skillsets include oracle DBA, apps DBA, DevOps, Oracle Cloud Admin, python & bash scripting.

Also, they just mentioned to me at pre offer step that if I quit or change within the first year or two, I will have to pay for the lincenses' fee. Does anyone know how much would it be for the fee?
