I have a question, fellow bowlaz! I work in a small advertising agency in Oslo, Norway, and we struggle to get in contact with international ad media such as Adweek (Ad Freak) and Ad Age whenever we want to show off our creative work. Does anyone of you have a way in, or tips on how we can get in contact with media outlets like these? Cheers

The way you wrote in the question I’m not sure you actually want an answer, but it really depends on the agency size and CCO /HOC directive… at mine VPs lead brands, SVPs typically a few or a portfolio and EVPs typically an office. There’s tons of differences in what they’re responsible for and how involved they are in the brands and with the clients / creative direction/ agency leadership.
What’s the difference between VP, SVP, EVP account managers? yes fundamentally they all do the same craft but with different amounts of experience and responsibility.
TLDR: they are different, but not in any consistent way.
If the EVP dies, the SVP gets sworn in. The Veep then becomes an SVP. Then I become a Veep.

A consonant.
Or a Vowel
The VP Creative Director asked for a raise but had only been in the role for a year so they denied the raise and made her a VP. The SVP knew they wouldn’t get a raise after only two years on the job and asked for a promotion, they said no but made him an SVP. The EVP had been on the job for three years and they couldn’t give her much of a raise so they gave her a 3% raise and made her an EVP.
I wanna know too 🤓👀
Depends on the agency and project. But also, a lot of big network agencies will bump up the title without any change to the day to day or pay.
