Last week after my 3rd interview HR called me and said that it went well and I am moving to the next round that is interview with managing director. After her insisting on getting it done asap I agree to schedule it the very next day. But then I don't receive any interview invite and the HR goes off the radar. When she finally picks my call, she says there is some problem with recruitment tool & interview will happen soon.Confused

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
