What's the salary like for a Full Stack Developer in Optum for someone who is at grade 28, 10—ish YoE, Java + React + Node + Azure?

That's sorta my stack and grade level. I'm an Optum employee, just not based out of India and I'm trying to evaluate what it would be like if I moved back and switched internally if an opportunity comes along.

Should a remote job’s salary be based on where I live or the company? For instance, I’m interviewing with a SF company for a role that has the ability to be remote (I live in portland).
