Can someone share what a VP in Compliance/Business Control makes in base salary at Bank of America NYC?

I am a registered nurse with over 10 years experience in various areas, including ER. I’m transitioning to L&D. I originally sent a resume to a post w/$10k sign-on. Before giving an offer, they sent a link stating I had to complete an app. The link showed a $20k sign-on bonus. Now the offer letter arrives with $10k. I’m not being greedy but could def use the extra as I am taking a pay cut for the position. Should I press for the $20k or just sign as is?

Spouse works in industry, joined a company a year ago. They inherited a direct report and with latest review cycle, direct report will be making slightly more than my spouse. How would others approach this situation? Ask boss for comp adjustment for their base? Fwiw, spouse was brought in to build out a new team/ capability, they’re hoping to make VP once the team is hired and fully operational

Fixed is almost same however Accenture is giving more variable.

Profile - Tech Risk, GRC . YOE - 9.2.

A recruiter asked me what my billable hours were to negotiate salary for an industry position. Weird right?

Help me evaluate an industry offer for a B4 manager up for SM (got confirmation that I am thru the process). Current base is $171k .
$180k base, $35k sign-on bonus, full relocation, 35% bonus - 20% cash and 15% equity - 15% equity bonus is assured forever with 3 year vesting. Cash bonus fixed as long as rated average. Overall happy with offer but want to evaluate it against possible growth if I stay at B4.
