What’s the salary range for a Health Information Consultant at Anthem?

I live in NYC and recently started interviewing for positions in VA. On average, the offers are higher than the ones I’ve received in NY. I have 11 years of experience, worked for Google, AOL and a VC firm. Does tech companies in Northern VA provide higher comps on average vs NYC?

I have 2.5 years of experience as a BI consultant primarily working with SQL and Power BI. I feel a little underpaid while currently making $75k. All of my performance reviews have been positive and I have been the lead/only BI developer on two of our largest and most public projects this year. Any thoughts on what I could ask for at end of year reviews for a salary increase?

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. If I invest 50k in NPS, I would save 7k this year as per my tax calculation. Is this a good deal? In general, I don't like such long term investment, maybe I'd start that when I'm 35 but not today.

My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also.
