Total yoe is 3years.
Current ctc 4.35lpa

How much hike should I expect. How is the wlb in FIL.
Is it good to join as a Tech guy in FIL?

Are alternative investments a good area to get started in? I’m making a career change from insurance and like asset management, possibly at Northern Trust. They have openings for alternative investment analyst and I wasn’t sure if that is a recommended area to start in or would that not allow for growth? I am looking for Scrum Master opportunity and have been selected in Deloitte and EY

However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.
I have made this clear on day 1 to the recruiters
One more thing, they are not offering any decent package
Eg- Deloitte is offering 15LPA for a 7.5yrs exp Scrum Master

Just got an offer for a Sr. AWS DevOps role at 145K, I will be working remotely 100% with maybe 5% travel, if any. No bonus with this company. I have over 8 years of DevOps and AWS, all AWS certs . Product Manager offer is 120k salary, sign on bonus of 15k. 4 YOE total. Undergrad degree in computer science. Am I underpaid? This is a legit question lol. I’ve only done federal contracting/consulting work.

1st-year Senior Manager at EY-Parthenon. 250 base 20-40% bonus. How are my friends at other consulting companies doing? ... Just trying to get a sense of how fair this comp is.

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date.
