Comp great especially as can rise v fast, some Directors / EDs with 8 YOE. Exit ops similar to brand reputation, v. good within our targeted industries. Quite a few have exited to MBB / Tier 2 also. It depends on what you want to do - if you’re looking for prestige and the ability to easily engage with C-Level clients, B4 still have a brand advantage

Super fast progression with good pay but a no-name outfit to most.
I think many take a demotion when moving on to T1/T2 (although T1 is a stretch)
