I am going through interview process in Nielseniq currently for Big data engineer role.
Total Yoe - 3.3 years
Current salary - 15 + 1 Lpa approx.
Joined Sapient only six months back.
Can someone provide your reviews so far about the company, mainly looking for learning, wlb can be compromised a bit.
Also, what should be the general expected salary for the role and tech in NielsenIQ ?

Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

Bump to base is usually around 5% for promo. Your regular raise based on year end will likely be more than that in addition, if you've been a 2.

Your bonus is 0 as you aren’t eligible for the bonus pool. If you are talking about promotion base pay raise, think maybe 4-10% + merit pay raise.
No bonus unless they give out Kathy money again. Most common BTA->C raise with a 2 I saw was 13%
