What’s with recruiters and their lack of manners? If they want to behave like ATS then why have them? I wish to create a system that will no longer require recruiters. They need to know that candidates reach out in need and candidates are the reasons recruiters even exist. Please at least train your recruiters for basic manners of acknowledging candidates whether fit or not.

I have attended a managerial interview which was scheduled for 30 minutes. It also went well. I answered 90 to 95% of the questions.

I had my kind of hr round with TCS
They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

Hi Fishers, What can my expected CTC be for a PO role at Servicenow? My current profile is 6 years experience with 19 LPA. I have couple of offers with 23LPA and 25 LPA.

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
