Hello all, So i interviewed for amazon 2 months ago for the Associate IT support II position and I passed the interview but i was inclined meaning someone else got the position for the location. Amazon said they will keep my resume for 6 months and if there is another location open with the same position, I should apply and I would not need to Interview anymore. well several positions have been open and i have applied and also contacted the that recruiter but no reply. How are everyone's hours in your practices over the last month?

I'm in lit and finally got busy after a slow first half. Looks like I'll hit my bonus.

Got two offers: one from a V100 firm that is essentially the best in the practice area that I’m in. The other is a mid-sized that is offering approximately 33% more in base comp, but don’t have much of a rep in my practice area. Which should I take? What else should I consider?
