What's with the dual roles companies want to hire you for? If they want someone to do dual roles then they should pay dual compensation. It's ridiculous that jobs are advertising:

PM/Estimator 75k
Super/PM 80k

I work for a big GC in an entry level role. Most of the work is private, but they have some public projects in their portfolio. I graduated college this year with a civil engineering degree. How safe are CM jobs, especially at the entry level, with a probable recession in the near future?
