What's wrong with Cognizant interview panels and recruitment teams ? They scheduled interview anytime without taking any confirmation or discussion and then takes confirmation from candidates 3-4 times that he/she will be attending and candidate says yes they will attend and once they joined then noone join the meeting neither recruiter/HR nor interviewer . Aur toh aur confirm bhi nhi krte ya cancel nhi krte meeting agar panel available nhi hai toh. Seriously sick persons in this company.

Any suggestions talking to a recruiter when being approached? Haven’t interacted with them at all and not sure how it works? Really need an advice before making the move.

So guys I gave an interview for an analyst (Lead) in Enterprise Data & Analytics unit at a wealth management firm.

The interview was largely focussed on my current assignments and my experience working in past projects.

There were 5 people panelist and out of that 3 turned up for interview. Out of that one panelist kept quite although he was prompted to ask questions and he refused.Also, the other interviewer was Mr. KIA. What do you think about the culture? Any thoughts, is it worth pursuing?

Skill Interview at Accenture placed me in L6. Did some research and going to ask for $200k base, 20% bonus 20% sign-on bonus. Glassdoor has average at 203k base(1552 salaries). For a Workday Data Conversion Lead Role, I have 6 YOE in Workday, 16 YOE in ERP Implementations. Is this fine or over/under? Currently 180k, 20% Bonus, $5k annual bonus. While contacted the ICICI POP , he told me to declare the amount though the POP is not ICICI then only they will get request to transfer to ICICI POP .

1- refund ALL of it even taxes Withheld ?
2- refund only the amount that was deposited in your account
