I understood the problem. It is not with HR. It is unprofessionalism of the interviewer. I have seen this happen with many companies. It is sad but true.
But these things I experienced only with Cognizant and Capgemini.
Otherwise other companies if d
Panel is not available or cancelled then they inform atleast via mail or cancelled the interview automatically.
Did you get offer letter? Or this interview is for technical? I am also facing same but not for technical round. In my case, they schedule for documents submission.
Nothing yr, Interview schedule and and then not appear to take in interview while I was joined prior 10 minutes and waited them for 15-20 min.
HR and Interviewer noone joined while they took confirmation from me in morning to be available without fail.
Same happened for me with CTS and Capgemini. Upon asking the recruiter said they don't know why the interviewer did not join.They don't care if the interview happens or not.
