What's wrong with Cognizant interview panels and recruitment teams ? They scheduled interview anytime without taking any confirmation or discussion and then takes confirmation from candidates 3-4 times that he/she will be attending and candidate says yes they will attend and once they joined then noone join the meeting neither recruiter/HR nor interviewer . Aur toh aur confirm bhi nhi krte ya cancel nhi krte meeting agar panel available nhi hai toh. Seriously sick persons in this company.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?
