I’ve coached people who have a mandatory sabbatical in their organization. What I’ve observed is people get really good at delegating in preparation for time off. Then they come back super recharged and stay with the company for a longer tenure. Consider that you don’t need to actually accomplish something during time off. That there is a ton of value in just being instead of doing.
Yeah,absolutely..many of us get burnt down and for folks with fall back plan it’s natural to take some time off to recharge or do something in their to do list ,hence was curious to hear some successful and motivational stories
