I think it's going to stay. The younger generations are comfortable with remote work so it's only going to get more popular as the older generation gets replaced with those who grew up with it.
I think it's definitely going to stay. It's more cost-effective for companies and most employees like the flexibility of being able to work from home. But honestly, I think it's negatively impacting people's social skills. I think it could be beneficial to at least keep hybrid schedules. What do you think?
I think that since it has been introduced, it will always be used to some capacity. It is cost effective for smaller companies and broadens the candidate pool.
In the next two years, most of the workforce will have to return to office, but I know that remote work will still be a viable avenue for employees even in 15 years.
Remote work & WFA is def here to stay. The smart, agile virtual firms will attract the best talent and over time eventually put the RTO dinosaurs 🦕 out of business.
I think we're going to see a big shift to hybrid before everything goes completely remote. Companies are still trying to hold onto their control by pushing people back to the office, but I don't think the average worker wants to spend most of their life in a boring office building and in long commutes. As cities get even more expensive, we're going to see people pushing more and more to stay home.
The former. I think that more and more companies will embrace remote work as they realize the benefits it offers. Of course there's always gonna be some companies that require their employees to work in the office but I think that these companies will be in the minority.
