What's your personal thought process behind which job to apply for and which one to pass on? I'm burning myself out by applying to every single posting I see, and I think that's doing me more harm than good. And tbh, the constant rejection emails are a huge demotivating factor. How do you do it?

Anyone who has interviewed with PWC recently, how long after the first interview were you notified about second round interviews?

How many candidates are being interviewed for a position at once? I know it probably varies but on my team it seems like maybe 3-5 candidates. I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week. I believe they’re interviewing other candidates. Does that make me second or third choice? And does the fact that I’m working with a recruiter hurt my chances of being selected due to the commission? Should I hold out for the offer or is 1+ week a sign that I won’t be selected?

Is that correct?

Having a tough time getting a Product Manager interview. I have 3.5 YOE in technology implementations for a startup (my client). First 2.5 years were spent building my clients software, most recent year has been as a project manager for them. A lot of what I’ve done in last year overlaps ProdM responsibilities but I recognize it is a change. Am I reaching too much for a PM role?
