Around 1000-3000. Often have better benefits and good processes in place but adaptable. Start ups are painful building processes and training managers, fun though but no work life balance with the chaos. Big corps have too much red tape and slow to make change or basically never change

Hi all! Currently in the process of a career pivot and had a question. My current company wants me to come back for a two week project in August. Is this too big of an ask on a new employer if I request unpaid leave for this time? Hello! I work in change management and am assigned to an IT POM transformation. I’m still in my fact finding/change readiness analysis phase, but struggling with the senior leadership team. Does anyone have any lesson learned or best practices in eliciting feed back from senior leaders? think SVP and above? I thought about focus groups, but their time is limited. Also, survey response rate tends to be low for these guys. Any ideas???

Is the way to train managers changing? I’m familiar with a cohort model where a group of new managers meet in person, and then go through some classes together over a period of 2-6 months. Is there a better or new model that people are using?
