How do you keep up/in touch with your network? Mine barely post anything on LinkedIn, so commenting on their posts is out of the question, and apparently it's impolite to just message or email them if the job searcher doesn't have anything to share besides asking for a referral or opening. If I don't have any relevant information to share with them, what should I do?

Really hoping to avoid judgment on this post. Has anyone had to sign up for government or state assistance after becoming unemployed? Was the process difficult? I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I don’t expect her to make every decision correct nor do we have to agree with all of them. I believe she should be correct around 75 percent of the time but I believe she is in the 50 percent range. I know everything doesn’t fall on her shoulder but things haven’t been great as of late. Hopefully they figure out something soon.

Could be a silly question — i am beginning to look for a new apartment in the city and ideally want to rent from private landlords rather than going thru Apartment People / @ Properties / Compass, etc. How do you find private landlords?! I have good credit and am very clean! A landlord would love me lol
