Need advice. Very Shy guy and girl, met a while back for a side hustle both like each other a LOT, relationship has progressed in other areas but not in the physical realm, primarily because neither officially asked the other out. Guy is a very rough around edges, asked for a date by saying ‘anytime you need breakfast or lunch, let me know’. I am an independent gal and didn’t like the way it came across. Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I regularly interface with leadership internally and at the client. But, I am aligned to the “Operations” capability and make the least of my teammates who perform seemingly identical work but are aligned to “Strategy and Consulting.” I worry I’m on a career path to being paid the least wherever I go, because Operations is in my title and background.

Need genuine advise. Got a call from Oasis Resource management pvt ltd. They said that they can help in conducting interviews in canada or UK. Total 5 interviews. They will charge 72k for this and 2k for profile investigation. They claim that under work permit, accomodation, travel cost, meal will be borne by employer for whole work visa tenure along with salary as per profile and market standard.
Are they legit ?
Should i proceed with them ?
Any chance of them being fraud ?

We tried paid ads and it’s expensive so we want to acquire users through content marketing. It’s a product that helps people discover gift ideas - and it’s a web app.

So...I started my own company in 2018. Things went off like a ROCKET. Its a small Remodeling company and we specialize in higher end bathrooms and kitchens etc. I love working with my hands. I also have my education though and...I am going to return to tech work. I just wonder..when is enough enough? When do you pull the plug?

I have a business idea in the VR/AR space utilizing AI. However, I lack skill sets to evaluate viability or to create an MVP. Neither do I have a network to tap into.

My plan is taking classes to deepen my knowledge while joining and actively participating in communities to find collaborators.

Does this approach make sense or do you recommend other approaches? If it makes sense, do you have any recommendations for classes or communities?

Any craft beer brewers here?

In the last two year I’ve gotten more and more into alcohol free beer. The selection in my country (Europe) is still small and mainly driven by the big brands (e.g. Heineken). My idea is to start my own small brewery which only produces alcohol free beer as a bit of a pendant to the booming local craft beer industry. Any thoughts on that idea or someone who has experience in the market?
