After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

If you're frustrated or bored, and you feel like there's no room for advancement in your present organization, then it's time to move on. It's natural to realize that. The problem at present is that it's not the greatest time to be trying to make a move, but as long as you're okay in your present position you've got time to be looking. Start putting out feelers and see what's available and take it from there.
Not feeling challenged is the perfect time to either push for growth within your company or seek it at new one. Are there specific things about your current company that you love? Or is it just generally okay? I promise there are a million other generally okay companies out there

Ya that’s a good point.
Depends if you want to prioritize career growth or comfort
Don’t be afraid to look or have conversations, but don’t be committed to leaving when you’re in a good place.
