The idea was that I would be involved in Fieldwork and take over reporting part. Issue is that I just despise the way this other Director is working. I was taking a friend to the airport and her flight was delayed, so we stopped at a restaurant to see a mutual friend who was eating there with her entire extended family. There was an empty table next to them with several half-eaten pies on it, so I assumed a previous party had just finished their meal and left. I finished off 4 of the pies and then left to get my friend to the airport. Turns out the pies were part of an employee appreciation dinner for the servers and so (finished in comment)

I recently was diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder and although it’s provided a sense of relief and understanding, I’m hitting a low moment and I feel like all the inspiration and productivity I was just feeling has slipped away at the worse time. I’m trying to switch jobs because, to say it simply, my job doesn’t help with the depression. However, I still want to do great work until that time yet I’m struggling with motivation often.
