Try not be defined about it and still work on healthy anti-depressive activities to help find motivation. Don’t put to much pressure on yourself and give yourself the space you need but also recognize negative thoughts and actions and try to negotiate with yourself to reverses them. Easier said than done but framing this way has helped me
